No blades, relics, charms, or Resonance Points. You play a child Sophia following an illuminated cable into a church book and a dark hole. The scenery folds; follow the cable, talk to Faro, keep walking. Adult Sophia returns at the giant Minotaur statue. Down the stairwell, grapnel to the bottom, squeeze through.
This is the title drop: the island’s pull, the family secret, the thing the labyrinth was built to hold. Combat resumes in Night Has Come. Next: Chapter 9. Ending context (spoilers): ending explained.
