One moveset, many perks

Light strings on the sword, held crit on the dagger (unless Greek Sword turned crits into a spin). You swap blades in the pause menu, not mid-combo. Adaptable needs a kill with each of the eight graves; Chapter V plus checkpoint is enough. Heritage Pack can glue the trophy — uninstall, kill eight, reinstall.

Locations and perks sit on all swords. There are not seven missable blades. Two are story (Rusty, Falchion); six tombs are skippable but Chapter Select still counts them.
