Resonance Bosses — Brutes, Worm, Puppets, Asterion
Boss and set-piece guide for Resonance: club Brutes, the light-hating worm, Corrupted Puppets, King Minos, and the Chapter 13 Asterion fight.
Named threats, not a boss rush
Resonance is not a lock-and-key boss game. The island repeats a few hunters. Brutes are large club men with red strings — Cannon fodder wants one of those strings to kill a soldier. The worm (the “creature”) chases from Chapter VI through the finale; light, braziers, and Light Concentrate push it back. Close call and Unpredictable are chase trophies, not HP bars.
Puppets / Corrupted in Patera wear armour. Head off, laser the tentacles. Leave the head on only for Excessive force. King Minos is a Theseus/Ariadne duel at the end of Chapter XII. Asterion is Chapter XIII: giant sphere, statue face grapnels, blue growths, dual-timeline cuts. Dedicated finale: how to beat the Minotaur and Chapter 13.
Faro is a person
The Chapter IX duel is a companion fight. Treat it like a skilled soldier, not a raid boss. He walks with you through Parallel Paths and is gone in the epilogue. Character notes: Faro and Leni.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a Minotaur health bar in Chapter 5?
No. Asterion is Chapter 13.
How do I kill the worm?
You mostly escape it. Light Concentrate burns it for Refraction; you do not sword it to death in a pit.
What are Puppets?
Armoured Corrupted in Chapter XI. Laser after the head comes off, unless you need the grab trophy.
