What you are actually fighting

Asterion is a Minoan king mutated by the island’s light engine, not a Saturday-morning bull. The labyrinth holds him in. Destroying the containment collapses shoreline in the epilogue. There is no second phase you can skip by grinding levels — there are no levels.
